Hello, little friends! Come and sit close. Tonight we have a story in English. The words are small and easy. Listen, and say them with me.
Three little pigs build houses
Once there are three little pigs. They are brothers. They want to build houses.
The first pig is quick. He builds a house of straw. "This is fast and easy," he says. And he goes to play.
The second pig is quick too. He builds a house of sticks. "This is fast and easy," he says. And he goes to play.
The third pig works slow. He builds a house of bricks. He works all day. It is hard work. "A strong house is a safe house," he says.
The wolf comes to the straw house
A wolf walks by. He is hungry. He sees the house of straw.
He knocks on the door. "Little pig, little pig, let me come in!"
"No, no!" says the first pig.
"Then I will huff, and I will puff, and I will blow your house down!"
The wolf blows. Whoosh! The straw house falls down. The first pig runs fast to his brother's house of sticks.
The wolf comes to the stick house
The wolf runs to the house of sticks. He knocks on the door. "Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in!"
"No, no!" say the two pigs.
"Then I will huff, and I will puff, and I will blow your house down!"
The wolf blows. Whoosh! The stick house falls down too. The two pigs run fast to the house of bricks.
The strong brick house
Now all three pigs are in the house of bricks. The wolf comes. He knocks on the door.
"Little pigs, little pigs, let me come in!"
"No, no!" say the three pigs.
"Then I will huff, and I will puff, and I will blow your house down!"
The wolf blows. He huffs. He puffs. He blows and blows. But the brick house is strong. It does not fall. Not one bit!
The wolf is tired. He gives up and walks away. The three little pigs are safe. They are happy. They live in the strong house together.
You see, little friends? Good work takes time. But strong work keeps us safe.
Moral: Do your work well, and it will keep you safe.
Good night, little friends. Sleep well, and dream cozy dreams.
